  • 1 cup cooked chickpeas
  • 1/2 cup fresh lettuce
  • 1 small cucumber, diced
  • 1 tomato, diced
  • 1 small red onion, finely sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Lemon juice from 1 lemon
  • Salt and chaat masala to taste
  • Fresh coriander for garnish


  1. In a large bowl, combine chickpeas, spinach, cucumber, tomato, and onion.
  2. Dress with olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and chaat masala. Mix well.
  3. Garnish with fresh coriander before serving.
